Four new tenants have signed leases totaling 150,000 square feet at Tempe Marketplace, a 1.3 million-square-foot retail development located in Tempe.

Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye is a $275 million, 500,000-square-foot project that will be anchored by Target, Harkins BackLot, Safeway, Marshalls, Ross and HomeGoods.

DMB Associates is partnering with Vestar to create Verrado Marketplace, a dynamic retail center at the front door of Verrado, an 8,800-acre master-planned community in Buckeye.
