Leadership

RELATIONSHIPS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Creating value for the long-term, it’s a philosophy that is the cornerstone of Vestar’s success—with every project and every person. We are proud that many of our senior management have been a part of the company for more than 20 years, and as we have grown, dynamic industry leaders have joined the team with unparalleled experiences that transcend all disciplines. It’s that kind of commitment and forward-thinking that not only strengthens Vestar as a company, but also serves our clients and builds a mutual respect and trust.

Our retail centers are also designed and operated to maximize long-term value for the company, our investors and our tenants. It’s because of this philosophy that Vestar continues to meet its commitments to increase net asset value and maintain our reputation as a stable and reliable owner, partner and manager.

Vestar has developed positive, long-term relationships with investors, tenants and the communities that rely on Vestar’s retail centers for shopping, socializing and entertainment. Many of these relationships form the basis of our future developments, as they look to Vestar to continue creating, operating and managing innovative retail centers that meet their needs – now and in the future.
