Pat Brady joined Vestar in 2025 as the Vice President of Leasing, where he leads strategy and execution across Arizona, California, Nevada, and Washington. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Pat’s expertise covers a range of asset types, including neighborhood community centers, lifestyle centers, power centers, enclosed regional malls, and retail dispositions. Pat brings a fresh perspective to Vestar’s portfolio, focused on enhancing asset performance and delivering effective leasing solutions. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
