Eddie Ollmann is the Vice President of Property Management for Vestar’s Western Region, where he oversees a portfolio of 40 properties totaling nearly 11 million square feet of retail space. Eddie joined Vestar in 2023, bringing 16 years of leadership experience from companies such as Irvine Company, Westar Associates, and Westfield. He holds an MBA from Louisiana Tech University, a BA from California State University–Fullerton, and is a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP). Eddie is a dedicated and accomplished veteran who served in the U.S. Army Reserve and was deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
